REFLECTION

A little boy and his father were walking on the mountains.
Suddenly, his son falls, hurts himself and screams: "AAAhhhhhhhhhhh! !!"

To his surprise, he hears the voice repeating,
somewhere in the mountain:
"AAAhhhhhhhhhhh! !!"

Curious, the little boy yells: "Who are you?"
He receives the answer: "Who are you?"

And then the boy screams to the mountain: "You're Stupid"
The voice answers: "You're Stupid"

Frustrated at the response, the boy screams: "I Hate You"
He receives the answer: "I Hate You"

He looks to his father and asks: "What's going on?"
The father smiles and says: "My son, pay attention."

The man screams: "You are a champion!"
The voice answers: "You are a champion!"

The boy is surprised, but does not understand.
Then the father explains: "People call this ECHO, but
really this is LIFE. It gives you back everything you
say or do. Our life is simply a reflection of our actions.

If you want more love in the world, create
 more love in your heart. If you want people
to respect you, respect them.
This relationship applies to everything, in all
aspects of life. Life will give you back everything you have given to it.

Your Life is not a Coincidence.
It's a Reflection of You!

We Choose How We Live

All men and women are born, live, suffer and die;
What distinguishes us one from another is our dreams.
Whether they be dreams about worldly or unworldly things,
And what we do to make them come about...

We do not choose to be born.
We do not choose our parents.

We do not choose our historical epoch, the country of our birth,
Or the immediate circumstances of our upbringing.
We do not, most of us, choose to die;
Nor do we choose the time and conditions of our death.

But within this realm of choicelessness,

We do choose how to live.

EGO Kills U

There was once a scientist. After a lot of practice & efforts, he developed a formula & learned the art of reproducing himself. He did it so perfectly that it was impossible to tell the reproduction from the original.

One day while doing his research, he realized that the Angel of Death was searching for him. In order to remain alive he reproduced a dozen copies of himself. The reproduction was so similar that all of them looked exactly like him.

Now when this Angel of Death came down, he was at a loss to know which of the thirteen before him was the original scientist, & confused, he left them all alone & returned back to heaven.

But, not for long, for being an expert in human nature, the Angel came up with a clever idea. He said to the scientist addressing all thirteen of them, "Sir, you must be a genius to have succeeded in making such perfect reproduction formula of yourself. However, I have discovered a flaw in your work, just one tiny little flaw."

The scientist immediately jumped out & shouted, "Impossible! where is the flaw?"

"Right here" said the Angel, as he picked up the scientist from among the reproductions & carried him off.

The whole purpose of the scientist & his formula of reproduction failed as he could not control his pride, so he lost his life.

So when man's Knowledge & Skills takes him to the top of the ladder & makes him successful, however the three letter word "EGO" can pull him down to earth immediately at its double speed.

So don't allow Ego to kill yourself, Instead; KILL YOUR EGO..!!!

The True meaning of Life is to Plant Trees under whose shade you do not Expect to Sit.

Google Plans New Solar Mirror Technology

Google’s Bill Weihl expresses his opinion, “We see a chance to make a difference in the field of renewable energy and energy information that can help bring the world to a lower carbon and more efficient economy.” Google is known for its Internet search engine. Now they want to make inroads into green technology too. They declared in 2007 that they want to invest in clean and green technology and want to do research of their own in the field of alternative energy. Now Google’s engineers are putting their effort and energy into solar technology. We all know that solar power is clean and green fuel. But the cost of solar panels prevents us from utilizing solar energy extensively. Now Google Inc. is trying to come up with its own solar panel with a reduced cost of 25%.

They are developing a new mirror technology for cheaper solar power. Weihl confirms, “Typically what we’re seeing is $2.50 to $4 a watt (for) capital cost. So a 250 megawatt installation would be $600 million to a $1 billion. It’s a lot of money.” That amounts to 12 to 18 cents a kilowatt/hour. They are using solar energy to heat up a substance that produces steam. This steam will turn the wheels of turbines. Mirrors will start the whole process by directing the sun’s rays on the substance to heat it up. Bill Weihl reaffirms his company’s commitment, “We’ve been looking at very unusual materials for the mirrors both for the reflective surface as well as the substrate that the mirror is mounted on.”

Weihl said Google is trying to reduce the cost of making heliostats, the fields of mirrors that have to track the sun, by at least a factor of two, “ideally a factor of three or four.”

Google is trying to develop a feasible technology in a couple of months to show internally. They are also opting for the accelerated testing so that they can find out the impact of decades of wear and tear on the new mirrors while they are installed in desert. Bill Weihl confirms, “We’re not there yet. I’m very hopeful we will have mirrors that are cheaper than what companies in the space are using…”

Google is also going for another technology — gas turbines — that would derive energy from solar power rather than natural gas. This will help Google office to reduce their electricity bill further.

Weihl shares his enthusiasm for future power generation, “In two to three years we could be demonstrating a significant scale pilot system that would generate a lot of power and would be clearly mass manufacturable at a cost that would give us a levelized cost of electricity that would be in the 5 cents or sub 5 cents a kilowatt hour range.”

Google is aiming to make the alternative form of energy cheaper than the energy generated from coal. Earlier Google was investing in other green companies. But later on they decided to develop their own clean and green technology. They discovered that most of the companies lack innovative ideas to replace dependence on fossil fuels. That’s why they are actively involved in coming up with their own new green technology.

First, Google people have put their own house in order. Goggle’s data centers make sure that 300 million web searches take place smoothly. But these searches translate into huge costs as they devour mammoth amount of electricity. Google put his team of intellectuals to come up with more efficient and less power consuming designs. This step reduced the servers’ consumption of energy by half. Google’s Mountain View, California, headquarters installed solar panels producing 1.6 MW of solar energy. Their carefully selected carbon offsets, has helped the company become carbon-neutral. According to Weihl the side effects are quite pleasant, “In the process we’re saving ourselves a lot of money by making ourselves more efficient.”

Extra Effort

A little extra effort will go a long, long way. When you've

Already done what must be done, go ahead and do just a

Little bit more.

Once you've established some good, solid momentum, make full

Use of it. When you're in the mode of accomplishment, keep

On cranking out those accomplishments.

Beyond your original goal is the opportunity to raise your

Performance to a higher level. With a little extra effort

You can get a lot of extra rewards.

Just an extra one percent can make the difference between

Being the best and being the same as all the rest. So every

Time you get the opportunity, give that extra one percent.

Persistent effort will get you almost there, and a little

Extra effort will carry you over the top. Once you think

You've done all you can, find a way to do a little more.

Rather than focusing on how little you can get away with,

Give your attention to how much you can accomplish. Build on

Top of what you've already created and the results will be

Spectacula

Make a Difference

Once upon a time there was a wise man who

used to go to the ocean to do his writing.

He had a habit of walking on the beach before

he began his work.

One day he was walking along the shore.

As he looked down the beach, he saw a

human figure moving like a dancer.

He smiled to himself to think of someone

who would dance to the day.

So he began to walk faster to catch up.

As he got closer, he saw that it was a young man

and the young man wasn't dancing, but instead

he was reaching down to the shore,

picking up something and very gently

throwing it into the ocean.

As he got closer he called out,

"Good morning!

What are you doing?"

The young man paused, looked up and replied,

"Throwing starfish in the ocean."

"I guess I should have asked, why are you

throwing starfish in the ocean?"

"The sun is up, and the tide is going out.

And if I don't throw them in they'll die."

"But, young man, don't you realize that there are

miles and miles of beach, and starfish all along it.

You can't possibly make a difference!"

The young man listened politely.

Then bent down, picked another starfish and

threw it into the sea, past the breaking waves

and said, "It made a difference for that one."

Each of us can make a difference to this world.

Everybody is useful and it is just the matter of

whether u want to make a difference

Fate of Our Life

God is in control of the fate of our life
Even before the time of our birth.
God knows the roads we'll stride
While walking upon this ole earth.

He knows the joys before they come
Heartaches and grievance to succumb.
The tears we cry, the pains we bare
Yes, we know our Savior cares.

He knows our dreams, our adversities
He's always there, what ever our need.
In him the worries can't take their toll
While we're walking down life's roads.

If we are given just one chance
To see how our future is paved?
Would we be strong and walk in faith
Or tremble with fear at the glance?

Who among us would be brave
If we knew what life had in store?
Would we be willing to accept our fate
Would we still ask for one day more?

No, we Know not what lies on life's road
So seek God to carry the load.
So not knowing what may lie ahead
We live by faith and trust instead.

BENIFTS of Dates

All the prophet's (peace be upon him) kindness on his nation is shown in Dates and in recommending them as he explained the useful things even in such matters.

The benefits and utilities of dates are shown as some doctors mentioned the benefits of Iftar on Dates and said: (starting Iftar with dates has a lot of healthy and nutritional benefits, some of these benefits are:

Dates are easy to digest so they don't exhaust the fasting person stomach.

Dates decrease the great hunger feeling of the fasting person and so he doesn't rush into excessive food eating which causes digestion disorders.

Dates prepare the stomach to receive the food after being inactive through out the day with activating the release of digestive secretions and juices.

Dates are very rich with sugary energy and so the body is supplied with the most important nutrients which is sugar that is irreplaceable as a nutrient for the brain cells and nerves.

Dates Protect the fasting person from having constipation as a result of changing meals times or as a result of having low fiber amounts in meals.

The alkaline salts in dates adjust the acidity of blood which result from excessiveness eating of meat and carbohydrates which causes a lot of hereditary diseases as diabetes, gout, renal stones, gall bladder inflammations, high blood pressure and haemorrhoids) .

Inspirational Peoms

The Challenge

Let others lead small lives, but not you.
Let others argue over small things, but not you.
Let others cry over small hurts, but not you.
Let others leave their future
in someone else's hands, but not you.

Don't Quit

When things go wrong as they sometimes will
When the road you're trudging seems all up hill.
When funds are low and the debts are high.
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh.
When care is pressing you down a bit.
Rest, if you must, but don't you quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns.
As everyone of us sometimes learns.
And many a failure turns about
When he might have won had he stuck it out:
Don't give up though the pace seems slow -
You may succeed with another blow.
Success is failure turned inside out -
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt.
And you never can tell how close you are.
It may be near when it seems so far:
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit
It's when things seem worst that you must not QUIT.

___________________________________________________________________________________
Carry On!!

It's easy to fight when everything's right,
And you're mad with the thrill and the glory;
It's easy to cheer when victory's near,
And wallow in fields that are gory.
It's a different song when everything's wrong.
When you're feeling infernally mortal;
When it's ten against one, and hope there is none,
Buck up, little soldier, and chortle:
Carry on! Carry on!

There isn't much punch in your blow.
You're glaring and staring and hitting out blind;
You're muddy and bloody, but never mind.
Carry on! Carry on!

You haven't the ghost of a show.
It's looking like death, but while you've a breath,
Carry on, my son! Carry on!

And so in the strife of the battle of life
It's easy to fight when you're winning;
It's easy to slave, and starve and be brave,
When the dawn of success is beginning.
But the man who can meet despair and defeat
With a cheer, there's a man of God's choosing;
The man who can fight to Heaven's own height
Is the man who can fight when he's losing.
Carry on! Carry on!

Things never were looming so black.
But show that you haven't a cowardly streak,
And though you're unlucky you never are weak.
Carry on! Carry on!

Brace up for another attack.
It's looking like hell, but - you never can tell;
Carry on, old man! Carry on!

There are some who drift out in the deserts of doubt,
And some who in brutishness wallow;
There are others, I know, who in piety go
Because of a Heaven to follow.
But to labor with zest, and to give of your best,
For the sweetness and joy of the giving;
To help folks along with a hand and a song;
Why, there's the real sunshine of living.
Carry on! Carry on!

Fight the good fight and true;
Believe in you mission, greet life with a cheer;
There's big work to do, and that's why you are here.
Carry on! Carry on!

Let the world be the better for you;
And at last when you die, let this be your cry:
Carry on, my soul! Carry on!

Don't Change the wrold

Once upon a time, there was a king who ruled a prosperous country. One day, he went for a trip to some distant areas of his country. When he was back to his palace, he complained that his feet were very painful, because it was the first time that he went for such a long trip, and the road that he went through was very rough and stony. He then ordered his people to cover every road of the entire country with leather. Definitely, this would need thousands of cows' skin , and would cost a huge amount of money. Then one of his wise servant dared himself to tell the king, "Why do you have to spend that unnecessary amount of money ? Why don't you just cut a little piece of leather to cover your feet?" The king was surprised, but he later agreed to his suggestion, to make a "shoe" for himself. There is actually a valuable lesson of life in this story : to make this world a happy place to live, you better change yourself - your heart; and not the world.
